Susan Wadsworth, Founder and President
With
more than 15 years of experience in the health care industry as a marketing
consultant and strategic planner, Susan Wadsworth founded FourPoint Consulting
Group to assist health care organizations in managing the business of medicine.
A seasoned authority in medical practice consulting, Susan brings her business
acumen, sales savvy, and marketing expertise to every FourPoint project.
Susan is well versed in the theory behind successful business campaigns and
the synergistic relationships that deliver lasting results. Susan started
her career in advertising sales, earning numerous awards for her outstanding
performance and her commitment to delivering cost effective solutions. Throughout
her years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Susan had the opportunity
to perfect her skills in the areas of operational systems, patient care, employee
relations and practice expansion. Her extensive grasp of the intricacies of
the medical field combined with over a decade of hands-on experience in diagnosing
practices has earned Susan a solid reputation for delivering outcomes that
maximize revenue performance and achieve ultimate patient satisfaction. Susan
holds a BA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University in Communications
& Marketing and an MBA in Marketing from Loyola College of Maryland.
George Holton, Creative Director
Award-winning graphic designer George Holton has been helping corporations
craft their brand identities for more than 15 years. George is well known
for his exceptional client service, a quiet demeanor, and an amazing ability
to hit the mark for clients. Skilled in both grap hic and web design, George
and his creative team possess the talent to take client's ideas from concept
to reality, developing a brand identity that can then be integrated through
all mediums — collateral, print, web, and multimedia. Among his extensive
client list are Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Organon Pharmaceuticals, National Geographic,
Shady Grove Fertility Centers, Surgical Synergies, Inc., The Orthopaedic Center,
Women's Surgery Center, and AOL.
Eileen
Coale, Director of Communications
Since she received her first paycheck for writing at the age
of 15, Eileen Coale has been involved professionally in the communications
field in one form or another ever since. Her career has included Russian-English
translation for the federal government, public speaking, seminar development,
magazine and newspaper writing, and copywriting. Her bylined work has appeared
in national magazines and in over 100 newspaper columns. She has worked as
a copywriter in the health care, financial, consulting, and retail industries.
As FourPoint's primary writer, her background in both editorial writing and
marketing communications equips her to execute any writing project a client
may have. She is known for her ability to identify and articulate an organization's
key messages, communicating them to both broad and narrowly targeted audiences
as the job requires, through a variety of print and electronic media. Eileen
is a graduate of Georgetown University, with a B.S. in Russian Language.
Karen Alexis Hrubiak, Consultant
As a 17-year veteran of the marketing, public relations, and public affairs industry, Karen Hrubiak has worked with a wide variety of clients and industries nationally and internationally. A born entrepreneur, Karen was president and founder of a successful international design and trading company for almost a decade. During this time, she gained valuable hands-on experience not only in business development and marketing strategy, but also in complex negotiations and quality control issues. Both before and after she began her company, she also worked as a public relations and marketing consultant, serving clients in the high-tech, health care, financial and manufacturing industries. Karen brings a wealth of experience to FourPoint Consulting in all aspects of establishing brand identity, planning and executing public relations campaigns, and developing communication strategies. She is known for the results she delivers to her clients -- successful product and business launches, extensive media coverage, and superior marketplace positioning. Karen holds dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and Political Science, both from Loyola College of Maryland.
Lisa Gordon, RN, BSN, Consultant
Ms. Gordon has specialized in a clinical capacity in the infertility arena for 11 years. Prior to joining FourPoint, she worked as the director of patient resources and interim director of nursing for Northern California Fertility Medical Center , located in Roseville , CA , where she was responsible for all aspects of patient care and resources. Ms. Gordon has expertise in quality control and has held key clinical positions, including study coordinator, at Massachusetts General Hospital , IVF America in Waltham , MA , and Pacific Fertility in San Francisco . She has helped shape ASRM Nursing Protocols for OHSS and has been a speaker on several occasions to medical groups. Ms. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Magna Cum Laude and a Bachelor in Arts in Communications, both from The University of San Francisco.
